Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and Rampart Holdings LLC covering your use of CRM Stride, including the core product, any modules you license and the API. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your organization.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential. Workspace owners can add and remove members and change roles at any time.

Subscriptions and modules

The Core subscription is required for every workspace. Modules are licensed separately and can be added or removed as described on the pricing page. Usage-metered features are billed on actual use. Drafting is included up to a monthly allowance for each workspace; once it is used up, drafting pauses until the allowance resets unless the workspace adds its own drafting key, whose use that key's provider bills directly. Fees are set out in your order form or quote.

Your data

You own the data you put in your workspace. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, to store unlawful content, to interfere with the service or other customers, or to attempt to access data that is not yours.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance. Support is provided through the product and by email during business hours.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement at the end of the current term. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or a material breach of these terms after notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product and by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
