A file is sold through the shop's own checkout today, so this needs the Online Store with it — and because the Online Store already carries it, buying this on its own gets you nothing you did not have. Selling a file from a link of its own, with no shop around it, is the thing that would make it worth having separately, and that is not built. What is listed below is what this part will do when it is finished.

Downloads turns a file into something you can sell. A paid order issues the buyer their own link, good for as many goes and as many days as you allow, and they can come back for it from their own account without asking anybody. The file itself is never public and the link is not a file path, so a copied link does not become a copy of your work.
