All the parts you can switch on

Switch on when you need it

Social Media

Write once, post everywhere, answer the replies — and see which post brought the customer in.

Still building. You can connect your accounts, write once and post everywhere, but you cannot yet pick which page or channel to connect — signing in brings across everything that account can reach. There is no preview that looks like the network, no per-network cropping, no tagging people by each network's own syntax, and nothing elsewhere in the product can start a post for you. What is listed below is what this part will do when it is finished.

“I post from my phone when I remember, and the replies sit unread for a week.”

Instead of: A posting tool and a separate inbox for every account

Social Media writes, schedules and publishes posts to the accounts you already have, then brings the comments, mentions and messages into one inbox. Because it sits inside the same system as your customers, a reply from somebody you already work with shows their history, a message from a stranger becomes a lead, and the post behind a booking is on the booking. One flat price, however many accounts and however many people.

What you get

  • Write once and get a version per account, each editable, with a preview that looks like the real thing
  • Live checks against every account's own rules: length, pictures, video, hashtags and links
  • Publish now, pick a time, or drop it into a named posting slot so something goes out every week
  • Approvals before anything goes out, with a reason when a post is sent back
  • Comments, mentions, reviews and messages in one inbox, matched to the customer they came from
  • A stranger's message becomes a lead, a complaint becomes a support request, both linked both ways
  • A plain list, per account, of exactly what can and cannot be done there and why
  • Every link in a post tagged with the campaign and the account it went out on, so the visits show up in whatever measures your website traffic
  • Posts your people can share from their own accounts, with the required disclosure built in
  • One switch that holds every scheduled post, for the day a cheerful post would look terrible
  • Unlimited accounts and unlimited people at one flat price

Who tends to switch this on

  • Any business posting to four or five accounts and paying per channel or per seat to do it
  • Owners who answer comments on their phone at night and lose track of who replied
  • Anybody who has never once known which post brought the work in
