3 · Usage
One thing charged by use, one allowance
These are the only things we measure, because they reach outside your workspace to do their job. Both can be left switched off, and your settings show a running total of each.
Filling in details for you
You type a company name, we fill in the rest. Charged per company or contact filled in.
First drafts written for you
Outreach, contracts, job ads and website pages drafted from what you already have. Included up to a monthly allowance for each workspace. For more, add your own drafting key and pay that provider directly.
Questions we get asked
- Is the price per person?
- No. It is one price for your whole workspace, whether that is three people or thirty. The extras work the same way: switching one on never depends on how many people will use it. If you are a much larger team and want to talk about different terms, ask us.
- Can I switch things on and off later?
- Yes. Switch something on and it is there right away. Switch it off and your information is kept, out of sight, until you switch it back on or ask us to delete it. Nothing is lost by trying something.
- What is charged by use, and what is included?
- Only one thing is charged by use: filling in company and contact details from our own engine, which shows a running total in your settings. First drafts written for you are included up to a monthly allowance for each workspace, and your settings show how much is used and when it resets. Need more? A workspace can add its own drafting key and pay that provider directly for what it uses.
- What is the difference between paying monthly and yearly?
- Yearly is paid once for twelve months at the yearly price shown, and works out cheaper. The per-month figure next to each yearly price is simply that total divided by twelve.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. There is no compulsory setup package, no implementation charge and no minimum term dressed up as onboarding. If you want us to help you move your information across, ask and we will quote it separately.
- Can I try it first?
- Everything you tick runs free for 14 days. No payment details are asked for to start. When a trial finishes, everything you put in is kept exactly as it was, and that part's screens are locked until you switch it back on. A whole-workspace export still includes it. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. If you would rather be walked through it, tell us and we will.
- Is there a free version?
- No. There is a trial so you can see the whole thing working with your own information in it, and after that it is one price for the workspace. We would rather say that plainly than call something free and then take it away.
