All the parts you can switch on

Switch on when you need it

Bookings & Appointments

Sell your time: services, staff and rooms, booked on your own page.

Still building. Customers book, pay a deposit and keep a card on file on your own page; you can book them in over the phone, see a whole week at a time and drag an appointment to move it, design the page and its questions, write your own wording for the reminders, and run classes, waiting lists, repeats and reminders. You cannot yet put several things or several people into one visit, or let a customer look back at everything they have ever booked. What is listed below is what this part will do when it is finished.

“People book by calling, and I write it in a diary only I can read.”

Instead of: A booking site that knows nothing about the rest of the business

Bookings & Appointments is for a business that sells time. Say what can be booked, how long it takes and what it costs, who can do it and which room or piece of equipment it needs, and a booking page on your own web address offers only the times that are genuinely free. Every appointment lands on the customer's own record beside their quotes and invoices, working hours come from the team schedule you already keep, and deposits, reminders, waiting lists and classes are part of it rather than a plan you pay more for.

What you get

  • Bookable services with their own length, price, and time before and after for setting up and clearing away
  • Extras that add both time and money, from the same option lists your quotes use
  • Which people can do which service, with their own price or length where it differs
  • Rooms, chairs, bays, benches and machines as things a service needs before a time is offered
  • Working hours from the team schedule you already keep, so nobody types a week twice
  • Locations with their own opening hours and their own time zone
  • Times worked out from real hours, real time off and everything already booked — never a nine-to-five grid
  • Two people cannot be given the same time: the database itself refuses it
  • A schedule by person or by room, readable on a phone
  • Classes and group sessions with a set number of places, a repeat that keeps its clock, a roster and a booking cut-off
  • The last place cannot be sold twice, even to two people pressing at the same moment
  • A waiting list that offers a place that comes free to whoever is next, holds it for them, and books nobody who has not said yes
  • Reminders before an appointment and a thank-you after it, by email or text, sent once each

Who tends to switch this on

  • Anybody who sells time rather than things, and gets paid per appointment
  • Businesses with more than one person, more than one room, or both
  • Owners tired of paying per calendar for a booking tool that does not know their customers
